IMPORTANT: Sometimes, when we release a software update your browser may show you an old version of the software. Sometimes it will even not allow you to log in.
To make sure you are viewing the latest version of the software, and are able to always log in regularly hard refresh your browser.
It's easy to do and will ensure that you are always seeing the latest version of the ProgressPod.io software.
There are two specific of indicators that suggest you need to hard refresh your browser.
- You can't log in even though you have logged in before.
- Other Participants in your Pod are referring to buttons or text in the software that you don't appear to be able to see.
