ProgressPod.io automatically sends an email notification to any Pod Participant who has not read a Pod Chat message.
You can easily change how often you receive these these email notifications.
Go to...
> Main Menu
> My Settings
> Notifications
> Click the dropdown list on the right hand side of the screen and select how often you could like to receive your email notifications.
