Before you set up your Progress Pod meeting you will need to do two things.
1. Decide on a time to meet that suits you and that you can regularly make every week.
2. Create a meeting link on either Zoom or Google Meet.
If you have a Zoom Pro account we suggest you use this as it will enable you to configure your meeting so that your participants can meet without you if required.
If you don't have a Zoom Pro account we suggest you use Google Meet as this will give you a free 60-minute meeting.

Now that you have decided on the day and time for your meeting, and you have created with a Zoom or a Google Meet meeting link, go ahead and set up your meeting.
Step 1: In ProgressPod.io click on the Progress Pods link.
Step 2: Click the orange Add Pod button.
There maybe a Pod already created in on this screen. That is your Leader Meeting Pod.
Step 3: You have now opened the 'Schedule meeting' screen.
Go ahead and fill out the details on this screen.
- Add a name for your Pod.
- Click into the 'Next meeting' field and select the date for your meeting.
- Paste your Zoom or Google Meet meeting link into the Meeting link field.
- Click the orange 'Schedule meeting' button.
Well done. You have now set up a Progress Pod meeting.
To join your meeting in the future you simply log into ProgressPod.io and click the 'Join online meeting' button.
Your Pod Participants are sent an upcoming meeting notification email 30 minutes before the meeting starts. This email contains a magic link that takes them directly to their Pod Dashboard.
You don't not need to send your Participants the meeting link.
They can join the Pod meeting by clicking the 'Join online meeting' button.
