Progress Pods™ are designed to accelerate your progress.
Your Progress Pod will help you clearly identify the Next Tiny Step that will move your forward fast, help hold you accountable for taking your Next Tiny Step, build relationships with others in the course/membership, and provide you with ongoing encouragement and support.
To participate in a Progress Pod you agree to
1. Attend at least 3 of the 4 Progress Pod meetings each month.
2. Let your Progress Pod leader know (in your chat group) if you are not available to make the meeting.
3. Be prompt and on time for each weekly meeting.
4. Bring a copy of your Course Outline or Progress Path to each meeting (if there is one).
5. Be on camera 100% of the time during every meeting.6. Control your own mute on Zoom.
7. Add your Next Tiny Step in ProgressPod.io using the wording:My Next Tiny Step is to... “
8. Prior to attending your next Progress Pod meeting log into ProgressPod.io and change the status of your Next Tiny Step to Done or Not Done as appropriate. If you don’t change the status it will default to Not Done.
9. Treat everyone in the group respectfully.
10. Keep the details of the group discussions confidential.
11. Gain consent in writing to use any intellectual property that belongs to others in the group before using it.
12. Share your wins (when appropriate) in your community group as well as with yourProgress Pod.
Notes: If you miss three meetings in a row you may be removed from the Progress Pod to make space available for others.
